1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing any content on puji9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

puji9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms or engages in behaviour that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open and use a puji9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. puji9 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or trust). Corporate accounts are not permitted on this platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, either at puji9 or at any other gambling platform, at the time of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

puji9 reserves the right to close any account and void any winnings if it is determined that the account holder did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on puji9. Creating multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, please contact our support team immediately.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance process, puji9 may ask you to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. This may include:

• A government-issued photo identification such as a National ID card or passport.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership such as a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet matching the number on file.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

puji9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved local payment methods. At present, supported channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). puji9 does not accept cash, cheques, or third-party payment transfers.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the puji9 platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard. These limits may change at any time with notice.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. puji9 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn through the same method wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, puji9 will determine the appropriate alternative method.
• puji9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending successful completion of identity and payment verification. Accounts with suspicious activity may be subject to extended review.

puji9 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) during deposit or withdrawal processing. Please check with your provider for applicable charges before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

puji9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers — are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotional offers on puji9 unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play between multiple accounts intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's systems.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or location.

puji9 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. All accounts and transactions may be monitored for compliance purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the puji9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of puji9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any puji9 content is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the puji9 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, mirror, or frame any part of the platform.
